Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Australia. International shipping will be available by the end of March 2024. Follow our Facebook or Instagram pages for updates.

Do you have a physical store?

PSYTIDAL is online-only for now. We may open a physical store in the future - stay
tuned!

How do I choose the right size?

We have a helpful size guide on our website, and our friendly customer service
team is always happy to assist you. Just grab a measuring tape and contact us!

Why is my payment not being accepted?

If you encounter a payment problem, please contact us at hello@psytidal.com. We'll
troubleshoot the issue and help you find a solution.

Will I get confirmation for my order?

Yes, upon order confirmation, you'll receive an email with your order details and
address. Check your junk mail if you don't see it in your inbox. If you don't
receive confirmation, your order may not be successful - resubmit in that case.

What is PSYTIDAL's exchange and return policy?

Australian Orders: You have 30 days from purchase to return or exchange your purchase. You will be responsible for paying for shipping for the return or exchange of your
order.

Items must be unused, unworn, with all tags, and in original packaging.

Include your email receipt (proof of purchase), order number, and the
original order's name and address. You will be responsible for shipping costs
for the return of your order.

Refunds (if applicable): We'll notify you of your refund
approval based on our return criteria. Wetsuits cannot be refunded once worn.

Approved refunds: Processed within 5 business days.
The credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, clearance or final sale items
cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only exchange for a different
size of the same item or if the product is defective. Email us via the contact
page for size exchanges, and we'll provide return instructions.

How do I care for my wetsuit?

Treat your wetsuit like your ocean buddy! Rinse it with fresh water after each dive, hang it out of direct sunlight, and wash it occasionally with specialized detergent. With proper care, your wetsuit will be your diving companion for years to come.
